The Annual School Tools Collection
Each summer, our community comes together to help local students start the school year prepared and confident. Through our annual Touch-A-Truck event, community collection drives, and partnerships with local organizations and events, school supplies are donated by generous residents, businesses, and supporters throughout Ascension Parish. These supplies are carefully sorted, organized, and prepared by dedicated volunteers before being distributed directly to local families in need.
We are continually inspired by the incredible volunteers who make this program possible. Their hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment ensure that thousands of school supplies reach students across our community each year. Through partnerships such as the Ascension 4 Youth Fest and other community initiatives, we are able to expand our reach and help even more children begin the school year with the tools they need to succeed.
